How do Leaders Achieve Balance in their Lifestyle?

Have you ever wondered how leaders like Bill Gates or Oprah Winfrey seem to accomplish so much in their lifetime? Do you ever wonder if it has anything to do with their status of fame or fortune? If money were the golden goose, why aren't more people with money successful in accomplishing good for society at-large and feeling fulfillment and happiness? The reason is because money is not the answer. The secret is in exploring success a little bit more. Success as defined by Earl Nightingale is "the progressive realization of a worthy ideal." an idea that one falls in love with and desires to share with the world by outwardly expressing that which is inwardly impressed within one's heart. This takes consistent and sincere effort each day. It takes time. Time? Now if that is the golden goose, we all know that everyone gets an equal portion - twenty-four hours per day. So once again, how do leaders achieve balance in their lifestyle? Let's explore this further.

Balance is a state of success that is navigated by an ebb and flow of certain elements of nature. Yes, nature. In fact, most wisdom can be rendered rather swiftly by studying nature. In nature, as the saying goes, "whatsoever you sow, you will also reap." This sums up the scales of balance in lifestyles, as well. Balance has two sides of the scale A.) receiving, empowering, or sowing, and B.) giving, contributing, or reaping. When we allow the gift of receiving into our lives from others and the universe, we feel empowered, and, of course we are sowing nourishment into our lives. This state of the balance scale leads us to the second side and induces us to become more giving of our expanded selves. In becoming more giving, we are therefore contributing more of our talents and leadership to society at-large. In doing so, we begin to enjoy reaping our fruitfulness, which re-inspires us to want to become and do more. Thus, the cycyle is never-ending, and the amount of resource and energy we receive and give is unlimited. In a state of balance, we also enjoy more fulfillment and happiness as we are empowering ourselves and contributing that much more of our goodness. Try it you might like it!
